The evolution of Camco's business has paced market dynamics
over the past 47 years, allowing it to consistently meet and
often exceed customers' expectations.
In order to continue matching that record, a recent Camco management
realignment focused on both streamlining operations, as well
as adding strength where it can best serve the interest of its
customers.
As part of that shift, Bob Butts has been assigned to a new
senior position of responsibility. He now oversees plant operations,
directing the full range of manufacturing operations.
In light of the increased opportunities presented on the raw
materials supply side, Camco has strengthened that critical
area through the assignment of Bill Matthews. He will also be
responsible for integrating the purchasing function with operations.
Additionally, Camco has fortified its business-to-business communications
capabilities under Terry Lemming's management.
Richard Rolfes has assumed the duties of President and CEO.
Elsewhere in the organization, the key managers responsible
for functional areas continue as before. These include Rick
Deerwester as Camco's primary business contact manager, Fred
Yelton in the laboratory, Linda Meister for financial operations,
Bob Casterline in the shipping/customer service areas and Dave
Pruitt in Quality Systems Management.
These realignments add effectiveness to customer service, as
well as greater cost efficiency to operations. More importantly,
they will contribute to minimizing the manufactured cost for
Camco's customer products.
